Bitterness
There's no way to go through life without being hurt. But if you think what the person who hurt you did was bad, wait until you see what bitterness will do. It'll extend your pain, infect your attitude, control your moods and cause you to lose friends. Few things are worse than a person who only wants to talk about 'what they did to me.' Get rid of the score cards and stay focused.

Continual learning is essential for lifetime growth. You can have a great deal of experience and be no smarter for all the things you've done, seen, and heard. The smartest people are those who can transform even the smallest events or situation into breakthroughs in thinking and action. Look at all of life as a school and every experience as a lesson, and your learning will always be greater than your experience.
Conflict Antidote
Healthy relationships aren't conflict free; they're conflict resolving. The problem is: we fight for victories instead of fighting for solutions. The result is: one wins,one loses,and the relationship suffers.
Work to Live and not Live to work
The executive who works from 7am till 7pm everyday will be very successful. He will also be fondly remembered by his wife's next husband.

Experience is a tough teacher; it gives you the test first and the lesson later.

If you don't believe in yourself and respect your own opinions you'll finish up living to please everyone else. One wrong look or critical word from them and you'll say, I'll never do that,say that,wear that again. Remember nobody's as good at being you as you,so you have no competition. Develop and build on SELF-ESTEEM.
