Healthy relationships aren't conflict free; they're conflict resolving. The problem is: we fight for victories instead of fighting for solutions. The result is: one wins,one loses,and the relationship suffers.

Be quick to listen but slow to speak. Ego will say, 'Don't just stand there, say something.' Wisdom will say, 'Don't just say something, stand there!' Someone else's need to know shouldn't determine your need to speak.

Nobody's Good at Being you as you

If you don't believe in yourself and respect your own opinions you'll finish up living to please everyone else. One wrong look or critical word from them and you'll say, I'll never do that,say that,wear that again. Remember nobody's as good at being you as you,so you have no competition. Develop and build on SELF-ESTEEM.
